And people, I can say that I have started feeling the difference in my lifestyle and have started enjoying the benefits of Yoga. Now, I am more calm and my tolerance/patience level has increased. I feel more joyous and less-stressed even if the deadline for any project is reaching and my work is not done. Doing yoga for at least half an hour every day can make a huge difference in one’s life. Daily yoga practice is good to remain fit and healthy both physically and mentally. I have really found and experienced the change within me. Before practising yoga regularly, I felt always lazy, tired, mentally low, and got more negative thoughts than positive ones. But now I have overcome all the negative thoughts, Yoga has changed my thinking and my life to work and perform better. I can now think positive and good and remain happy.

I feel good from within. I am more confident and can handle any kinds of risks and challenges effectively. Yoga has also brought good effects in my health. My digestion system is better. I look more glowing and fresh from within. My tiredness and not willing to do things have gone. I really feel the difference in my ability to cure and comfort every other well-wisher in my family through suitable approaches and solutions to their problems and worries. Yoga has turned my life to positive and happy living.
