I have been a law of attraction practitioner since over 18 years. I was in school when I first came to know about it and since then, I have been digging deeper and trying to under the energy game of the universe. Since last 5 years, I have already learned and been practicing distance healing, manifestation processes, rituals, tarot and all that jazz.

I have noticed, full moon affects our system the moon and therefore, being aware about it will surely help you reap the best benefits. It is not just about the western belief, but even in our Hinduism, many of us keep vrat (fast) on the poornima or puranmashi.

We believe that on this day Maa Lakshmi comes to earth. The moon is complete with its 16 arts on this day. It is said that on this day nectar rains from the rays of the moon. By fasting on the full moon date of every month, special blessings of Lord Vishnu and Mother Lakshmi are received.
