One8 Commune Delhi is one of the most popular restaurant in Delhi. Why? Because it is owned by VIRAT KOHLI, the celebrity sportman and ex-captain of Indian cricket team.
I recently had the pleasure of dining at One8 Commune in the heart of Delhi, and I must say it was a delightful experience that exceeded my expectations. One8 Commune was known for its stylish and contemporary ambiance. It typically had a modern decor, comfortable seating, and a vibrant atmosphere, making it a popular spot for both food and sports enthusiasts. This restaurant is located in the Worldmark 2 in Aerocity. In this post, I am sharing my honest restaurant review of this wonderful restaurant.
One8 Commune Honest Review
Ambiance:
The restaurant’s modern and chic ambiance immediately caught my eye as I entered. It strikes the perfect balance between sophistication and a relaxed atmosphere. The dimmed lighting and comfortable seating made for an inviting and cozy setting.
Service:
The service at One8 Commune was truly exceptional. The staff was not only courteous but also incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. They were more than happy to provide recommendations and accommodated our special requests with a smile. The prompt and attentive service added immensely to the overall dining experience.
Cuisine:
I am a vegetarian so I order veg dishes only. The menu at One8 Commune offers a fusion of Indian and international cuisines, and it doesn’t disappoint. We started with the delectable “Curried Fried Paneer” and a “Stuffed Jacket Potatoes” which was perfectly prepared and beautifully presented. For the main course, the “VEG Thai Curry Chilli Garlic Noodles” was a unique twist on a classic dish. We also tried Indian cuisine. – “LAHORI CHOLE” with Naan were succulent and flavorful. The dessert menu was equally impressive, with the “Chocolate Fondant” and “Churros” being a perfect way to end our meal.
Drinks:
The bar menu offered a wide variety of cocktails and mocktails. I opted for a “Passionfruit Mojito,” which was both refreshing and delicious. The extensive wine and spirits selection caters to all preferences.
Cost: Approx. 3000 for 2 people
Overall Experience :
One8 Commune offers an enjoyable dining experience that blends a stylish atmosphere, top-notch service, and a diverse menu. Whether you’re looking for a special date night or a relaxed evening with friends, this restaurant is a solid choice. The only reason I’m not giving it a full 5 stars is because the pricing can be on the higher side, but the quality of food and service certainly justifies it for a special occasion.
