I am back from my Dubai trip and God, it was so amazing. If you read me or watch me regularly, you must be knowing how particular I am about my cosmetics and beauty products. I do not prefer experimenting, especially when travelling. Because at work, if a product doesn’t suit, we have an option of our regular products and also access to emergency remedies for skin related problems. But when you are travelling, you can’t afford the things to go wrong. But this time, I did it. I took all my CAL LosAngeles products with me and ditched my regular ones. I was surely scared because I had not tried the new range of products but I followed my intuition and took it with me to Dubai.

In this post, I am sharing my review of CAL LosAngeles Pore Corrector Mattifying Primer. CAL LosAngeles Pore Corrector Mattifying Primer Review

Primer is a product that should be applied after the moisturiser and before your foundation. The texture of the primer is very nice and non-sticky. It is transparent in colour. The bottle is made of glass and travel friendly. The dispenser is press-the-top type which gives out sufficient amount of primer required to cover the face and neck in a single press.

I really liked how it made my skin look so smooth. It covered all the pores. The hack is to allow it for settle for 5-10 minutes before you put the foundation and it will give AMAZING results. I have used many primers but this one is surely a winner for me.

It is very long lasting. I applied it in the morning around 10 along with the CAL foundation and compact powder and it stayed all day long. I did not have to touch-up my face again and again.

The best thing about this was, even if I was sweating, the drops of sweat did not remove the makeup. I dabbed on the sweat drops and wipes, but the makeup stayed.

I was so happy with the results I got as I was out all day exploring Dubai and I didn’t have to worry about my makeup. Even the photos have come out so pretty and beautiful (you may check my dubai vlog, ep 4 to see the results of this makeup).

All in all I am very happy with this Pore Corrector Mattifying Primer by CAL LosAngeles.
