I am not a morning person and living in a metro, I do not have good sunrise view as well. But I never miss watching the sunrise when I am travelling, especially when it is a hill station or a beach location. Sunrise is a powerful time to practise mindfulness. Sunrise symbolises growth, moving forward, rising in life and strength to conquer the darkness. Therefore, whenever I always do one thing while watching the sunrise. Wondering what is it? Well, it is repeat affirmations and meditate with it.
The freshness and strength of the sunrise helps us heal and prepare for the day forward while repeating affirmations and meditating helps us prepare for the unknown future.
So, next time while watching the sunrise, start repeating affirmation about your life goals and meditate with it. For example, you can chant affirmations like i am a money magnet, i am a successful travel blogger, anamika mishra is the best motivational speaker in the world, etc.
