  1. Appreciate someone randomly

A surprise appreciate can make anyone’s day brighter. Just appreciate someone randomly and see them smiling from ear to ear. This someone can be your maid, house staff, your office staff, lift man, garbage cleaner, milk man, your junior, your sibling, your relative, a friend, anyone! And don’t just appreciate about the looks, but appreciate their work. It means more than looks.

2. Smile at strangers

Sometimes, you all need a smile from a stranger to forget your worries. Maybe you are in a metro and see someone sitting sad, give them and smile and see the difference. Obviously, the judgement on whom should be smiling at, is yours and pick a stranger wisely, else the person will think of you as creep trying to flirt!

3. Offer an advice (a positive one)

An optimistic sees good in everything. When someone tells you about their problems and how their life simply sucks, tell them about the brighter side and offer them an advice that makes them feel better.

4. Help an elderly

Maybe, lifting up their heavy packets in a grocery store or helping them cross the road; a help to an elderly is an amazing way to spread optimism. It not just helps the old person and you get good blessings, but it also silently gives out a message of kindness to the public.

5. Always start a conversation with a wish

A good morning, good evening, season’s greetings etc has an amazing effect on one’s subconscious mind. When you start a conversation, always start with a wish or a greeting. It instantly makes the other person feel positive from within.

6. Try to resolve a fight or a conflict

If you see 2 people arguing or having a conflict, try to resolve it on a positive note. If you don’t have the solution, try to make them understand that a certain argument won’t help them or something like this. It will surely calm the environment and spread optimism. After all, peace is the biggest way to spread optimism.
