Sometimes, we don’t appreciate basic things in life but if we look at these things from a different perspective, we actually have a good life. I am writing this post with an intention to make you realise that you life is good and motivate you to focus on the bright side!

  1. Health and Happiness: Achieving physical and mental wellbeing is the foundation of a good life. Eating healthy, getting enough sleep and exercise, and engaging in activities that make you feel fulfilled and happy are essential for a good life.
  2. Meaningful Relationships: Having strong relationships with friends, family, and significant others is key for having a good life. Surrounding yourself with people who bring out the best in you and support you through difficult times is important for achieving balance and stability.
  3. A Sense of Purpose: Having goals and a purpose in life is essential to living a good life. It means having something to work towards and finding meaning in daily activities.
  4. Financial Security: Financial stability is an important component of a good life. Having enough money to cover basic needs and feel secure in an uncertain world is a key ingredient of a good life.
  5. Spirituality: Finding a sense of inner peace and balance is essential to a good life. Spiritual practices such as yoga, meditation, and prayer can help to bring clarity and purpose to one’s life.

If not, but if you have ticked even 3 of these points out of 5, trust me your life is good. If not, then try to make space for these essential things in life in order to have a good life.
