Today I got a chance to interact with Sonu Sood at Thyagaraj Complex, New Delhi. The occasion was announcement of special news about Pro Kabbadi team Delhi Dabang.
This Pro Kabbadi league’s 4th season and Dabang Delhi club has taken another big step by signing actor Sonu Sood as its brand ambassador.
Meeting Sonu Sood personally was indeed a pleasure. His charming personality and persona left me awestruck.
During the press conference, he interacted with people from various newspapers and media houses. They way he answered all queries with a smile on his face truly impressed me.
My interaction with him was after the press conference. I always wanted to know one this, like one fitness secret which he never forgets to follow. So I asked him the same question. He told me that never cheats on his diet. No matter what happens, how hungry he is, how tired he is or how hectic his schedule is, he never ever cheats on his diet.
He included proteins in his diet and lots of healthy veggies.
To let you all know, Sonu has not only done hit Hindi movies, but he has also been a part of Tamil, Telugu and Punjabi movies. I have read the reviews of his Telugu movies on Telugu Hungama. Also, he hails from Moga, Punjab and cherishes being a North Indian.
He also told that he has played Kabbadi a lot when he was young and therefore, this is what made him say yes instantly when he was being asked to become brand ambassador for this club.
He is physical fitness enthusiast and loves to motivates people to maintain their fitness. This super fit actor hits gym regularly followed by other physical exercises.
