5 Tips to Overcome Creative Block?

1. Take a break

It is very important that you take a break from whatever you are doing and relax for a while. Cutting yourself off the work completely will help you mind relax and then, when you sit to work, you’ll feel fresh and rejuvenated

2. Do something that makes you feel happy

Shut down your computer or phone and do something that makes you feel happy. It may be gardening or playing with your pet, or watching movies or even dancing.

3. Don’t take stress

The more you take stress about why are unable to think of something new, or why you ain’t getting any ideas and so on, the more resistance is created and it will only increase your creative block duration.

4. Spend some time with the nature

This works like wonders. Even if you are not a gardening fan, just take a walk by your nearest park and spend sometime with the nature. It will help you feel relaxed and refresh your mind

5. Eat your favourite food

Not sure what else to do? Order your favourite food from your favourite restaurant. And it is even better if you cook!

These are some of the best tips that I will give you on overcoming a creative block. This is applicable for writers as well who are facing a writer’s block.
