Where to stay in Chaukori?
When I visited Chaukori, I stayed in TRH Chaukori by KMVN (kumaon mandal vikas nigam). This are government guest house, more like a resort, having beautiful little cottages to stay in. The place is amazing, room are great and hospitality is on-point. Don’t expect 5-star type rooms, but I found it decent and nice. It is also very budget friendly, so if you are planning a trip to Chaukori, I would recommend you to stay here only.

Nearest airport is Pantnagar airport which is about 250 kms from this place; best way to reach is by car or bus.

Apart from monsoon season, all other seasons are good for this place as summer will give you lush green jungle view with mountains while winter will make you witness the beautiful snow and snowfall.
