I always imagined someone gifting me a puppy kept in a cute decorated basket on my birthday. Yes, it did happen when a friend of mine surprised me with a cute white puppy in a basket on my birthday morning. I was not expecting this to happen to I was so happy to see it. It was like living my bollywood moment.
But, I couldn’t keep it for much longer. I had to return it due to some reasons. I could keep it for a week before it went back. It was a little harder and I won’t say I don’t miss Chiki, but that’s okay! I strongly believe you should get a pet only when you are ready to take care of it totally. Getting a pet is a responsibility and one should be ready for the same. Maybe, we were not ready to take this responsibility yet, especially after losing our old pet Kemmy. Kemmy was my old dog and my grand-pa used to take care of it but I played a lot with it. It was really hard when he died. Heart-breaking! Dogs are so affectionate!
