Right now, we all are wondering – will 2023 be better than 2022? Of course it will be! We can always manifest what we want and if we want good, we will get good. I always suggest everyone to use your January in preparing for the rest of the year. December is for reflections and learnings while January is for preparing and planning. Always begin with cutting out things that are no longer serving you and doing good to you and your life will instantly become a better place to live.

Toxic Relationships: 

Toxic relationships are addictive and hard to get rid off. But once you get rid off it, you will see how your life changes for good. It is very important that you get rid off a toxic relationship for your own mental health. If you know someone who is manipulative, abusive, selfish, torturing you, always disrespecting you, using you then just cut them off. Don’t think how they will feel, just rid the bandage and leave!

Social Media Addiction:

I always say, social media is a good servant but a bad master. And aimlessly scrolling through social media will do no good to you. Social media addiction is bad and you to cut it off. Stop checking your instagram the moment you open your eyes in the morning and scroll late till night. Try this and see your mental health improving drastically!

Desire to Please Others:

You cannot please everyone. You cannot make everyone happy. So, it is better that you stop trying it. Because it is useless. This desire to please others will do no good to you. It will only put pressure on you. So, better that you cut it off and do what you what. Take a chill pill and stop being so harsh on yourself, just for sake of making others happy.

Focusing on Past Mistakes:

Past is gone and you need to move on. Learn to let go and stop punishing yourself by blaming yourself for making a mistake. It happened and it is gone. Let it go and focus on future. And most importantly, forgive yourself.

Comparing Yourself with Others:

This is very important! You need to understand that you are different person and other person is different. So what if you belong to a same family, profession, community, society or whatever. Everyone is different. Everyone’s journey is different. It is better that you stop comparing yourself with others and enjoy your own journey. The more you focus on your journey, the more you grow.
