It is very important that you let it go in order to heal. Sometimes, we think about the past so much that we get stuck in that. We cannot think about the bright side of the life. May it be about love relationships, career failure or family situation. We think, re-think and think a lot and by this, even if we don’t want, we amplify it.
Because this is a universal truth.
Where ever the attention goes, energy flows and that particular thing grows.
Let’s take an example of a fight in a love relationship. You think, think and think so much about whatever bad your partner did to you that you are unable to think beyond it. You want a good relationship but you are not having it because you are manifesting the bad and the negative.
So, what will you do? You need to let it go. There can be 2 meanings of this.
1) Let the mistake go, forgive and give your relationship fresh start OR,
2) let it go completely and ask universe to open doors for a new partner.
Now you must be wondering how to decide this?
For this, practise is very simple. Sit in an empty room, talk to yourself and be honest. Honestly ask yourself what you want? You really love that person? Do you want him or her back in your life?
Yes, the answer is yes… then go for first option otherwise be brave and pick the second.
Same goes for your work related problems, especially failures. You need to stop focusing on what went wrong. You need to learn from your mistake and then work on yourself, your skills, your knowledge in order to try again and succeed.
And same goes for every single aspect of your life.
You need to stop focusing on the past, work on the present take wise decisions and prepare for the future.
By focusing on the negative things of the past, you will not be able to heal. Remember when you were a kid and if you bruised yourself, your elders told you to stop touching it again and again in order to let it heal properly. Same happens with the situations. You need to stop revisiting it, touching it again and again and let it completely heal.
