Every year on 15th December I try to do something special to celebrate the blogoversary of this blog. This year was different. This year my family surprised me with a mid-night celebration and it was something that made me feel on cloud9.
On 15th December 2007, when I wrote this article Save Tigers after watching a TVC, I never thought that I would continue writing on this blog. Then after a couple of days, I wrote another one and another one after that. There has been no looking back since then.
From having a sub-domain on blogger.com to buying my own domain AnamikaMishra.com and creating a blog on wordpress.com, then migrating it to my own hosting, releasing the book A to Z of Blogging to help the aspiring bloggers, doing workshops, speaking events, loads of brand collaborations and winning the attention and love of millions of readers, I still feel every day is a new challenge and still a long way to go! Obviously, I am going to pass on this legacy to my kids and grandkids. Touchwood. You know, my little nephew who already has a youtube channel of his own, is already interesting in working on this blog. Lucky me!
So, today, when we are stepping into the 15th year of this blog, I would like to thank each one of you from the bottom of my heart for reading me out and being a part of this journey. I promise I will continue to write meaningful, true and experiential posts here and add value to the time that you invest in reading the posts on this blog.
