Because it has been seen that most of the people try hard to stay fit by joining gym or some yoga class but after some days, they quit it because it’s not something they actually enjoy and love to it. This kind of hobby helps relieves anxiety and stress and makes one feel calm and joyous. A mindful hobby can be journaling, doodling, painting, singing, playing a musical instrument, meditation etc.
5. Helps you grow professionally
I always say, learning should never stop. And having a hobby that will also help you grow professionally will be a cherry on top. In your free time, you will do something that you enjoy and it will help you grow professionally too. This can be reading books, learning to code, watching documentaries and films, listening to podcasts etc.
