Relationship breakup:

If you recently have had a break-up, you must have lost all the hopes in life. There is no point in holding to a relation which wasn’t meant for you. The break-up will save you lots of time and energy and you could use it more productively.

Not considered for promotion:

You might have had expected a huge promotion but it wouldn’t have happened. A promotion means a better position and salary and missing out on promotion is heart breaking. But, that is not the end of the world.  You will be less burdened with the work if you aren’t promoted and maybe there is something better coming up.

Unsuccessful job interview:

None of us can take a failure especially when it comes to a job interview.  There is lot many hope associated with a new job. But, it’s ok if you couldn’t clear one interview.  When one door closes, the other one opens. There might be something better coming up in your way.

Weight gain:

Most of the times people are depressed about gaining weight and this leads to stress.  Obesity isn’t good for health as well. You can try controlling your food and carrying out exercises. You may not be able to lose weight instantly, but might lose gradually. Hence do not lose hope. Have faith and believe in yourself. Being fat is never a crime.

Things might go up and down in life but do not give up. You can always be positive and sort out things in life.
