3 Ways to Help People During Pandemic for FREE

I recently started a series on my social media accounts (instagram/facebook) called #SoulfulSundays with Anamika. In the first episode of it, I spoke about how you can help people around you during these hard-times for free. We all are going through tough times and even our mental health has started taking a toss. Small little gestures that might take you a moment to do but can save someone’s life and help.

3 Ways to Help People During Pandemic for FREE:

1) Share the Help-post

If you come across someone’s update on social media seeking for help or related requirement, then share it on your story or timeline. This will amplify the reach of the post and it might reach to someone who can provide help to that person. I have personally seen people getting help just by shares and re-shares. So, next time you see someone asking for health related or medical help or posting a requirement, share it.

2) Share informative post

If you come across an informative post where someone has shared an authentic information about the on-going scenario and pandemic, then share it immediately. For example, many NGOs are providing covid19 medicines, oxygen cylinders for free or at way cheaper cost than regular shops, if you share it, it might help someone in need.

3) Stay home until it is very important

Since day 1, everyone has been suggested to stay home to stay safe and break the chain. People wandering out there aimlessly, just because they got bored or don’t have a ‘habit’ of staying in are dumbs I feel. If people keep on roaming outside, the virus will spread. And staying out not just puts you under a risk but also to your family and kids. So, break the chain of the virus and stay in, until it’s very important for a case of emergency.
