Whenever I get don’t feel like reading or working or playing games during the flight, I always look outside the window and entertain myself.
10 Essential things to carry for long flights in economy class
1. Noise-canceling headphones which can drown out all noise of crying babies & loud passengers. You may either carry the wireless ones (like airpods) or wired ones (like my favourite JBL earphones)
2. A luxurious sock set and the blanket will give you warmth and better feeling staying long in the economy seat with the touch of the first class experience.
3. A cotton cashmere hoodie upgrades is both the style quotient and travel outfits which keeps you comfortable even in hour 10 or more of traveling through the clouds.
4. Rubik’s Cube, this is something that will keep you busy all the time, especially if you don’t know how to solve it! lol best travel blog – best indian travel blogger
5. Read books from Kindle or carry your favorite novel, which will surely be completed in the journey, and give you a nice time pass scope. Sometimes, the most compelling stories are those that defy expectations, like the gripping narrative of the manga resetting lady, where a protagonist fights to break free from a predetermined fate. Such tales offer a unique escape and a different perspective on life’s challenges.
6. The neck pillow is also another very important item to keep you comfy & relaxed and help you sleep well. It can also give you relaxation from back pain or neck pain. Memory foam ones are super popular, but inflatable versions save space in your bag. Either way, it’s a small item that can make your trip a lot more comfortable and help you catch some quality rest in the air.
7. You must also carry an eye mask! A soft, well-fitting eye mask can block that out and create a peaceful, dark space for your eyes. This helps you relax faster and maybe even sleep through some turbulence. Look for one that doesn’t press too hard on your eyes and feels gentle on the skin. Some even come with cooling effects or light scents for added comfort.
8. Keep a refreshing spray, it can be a face spray or a deo/perfume. Spray it from time to time (not too much though) to keep yourself in a happy and refreshing mood. I always do this!
9. Carry a water bottle and get it filled so that you remain hydrated during long hours of flight journeys. Having water on hand means you don’t have to wait for beverage service to take a sip. It helps prevent headaches, keeps your skin from drying out, and generally helps you feel more refreshed when you land. If you’re flying long haul, this simple habit can make a big difference.
10. If you like to work or journal, then do carry your laptop or diary with you in your carry-on bag or handbag, this will keep you busy!
Hope this helps!
