Hello everyone! I’ve reached Pune for my Pune book launch of VoiceMates, my second novel! Though, my flight was that good. A guy sitting beside me fainted. It was really a scary experience. Most of us thought that we lost him but luckily we had a doctor on board (Dr. Ishan Lamba) who saved his life.
Thank God, things were back on track… But as I got a panic attack, I still can’t take my mind off from all that.
But anyway, I am really excited for Pune International Literary Festival 2015. This is my first time here in Pune for PILF and I am really really excited for it. I have 2 events lined up for both the days.
Day 1: Book Launch of VoiceMates followed by Panel Discussion on Secrets of the Bestseller with Dr. Radhakrishnan Pillai, Mr. Mehrab Irani, Shree Shubha Vilas & Mr. Shatrujeet Nath
The discussion panel will be held from 3.25 pm to 4.25 pm on September 4th (Friday) at Yashwantrao Chavan Academy for Development Administration
Day 2: Book Reading of VoiceMates [12:30 pm – 1:30 pm]

Update from Day 1:
It was truly a wonderful session. I was a bit nervous because it was my first time sitting with such experienced authors, getting to know them personally and sharing stage with them. I was the youngest of all and I felt so happy and honoured to sit with them and share the stage.

Update Day 2:
Guys, After yesterday’s panel discussion, my hope for this event had increased and to my wonders, all expectations were fulfilled. I really felt if I would have asked for anything else from God today, he would have granted.
As you all know, things were planned last moment… I was scared and kind of nervous for this event. Reason being is, yesterday’s event was a panel discussion which had bestselling authors with worldwide popularity, and today’s event was my stand alone one.
Nervous hona to banta hai boss! But, Gosh! Today was really a fairytale!
The event went fab! After the launch, I read my most favourite part of the book. It is where Sam makes Tulip realize the important of her family. I almost had tears in my eye after reading this. But the echo of claps made me feel stronger and the smiles of my readers and audience made my day. Here’s a snap just after the launch. This pic has Vijay sir, Deepak sir, Nim and Ritiesh too! They were truly fab! I am grateful to the Universe and the God for making me live my dreams of being an author and a speaker.
