He started his career with bhajans, and as an anchor in a singing talent hunt show he appeared on screen and won numerous hearts. His voice was and is truly magical. I am talking about none other than Mr. Versatile Sonu Nigam.
Although, he isn’t my favorite singer but he truly deserves the Appreciation for his magical singing.
His movie songs were no doubt awesome, but today in this post I am gonna share my views on some of his album songs which are till date amongst my favorites.
It was his era when his albums ‘Jaan’, ‘Deewana’ etc were released. And no Doubt each and every song was heart-touching and superbly romantic.
“Is qadar pyar hai, tumse aye humsafar… Ab to jeete hai hum bas tume dekh kar…”
“Dil se dil tak baat pohoche…”
“Kuch tum socho, Kuch hum soche…”
“Mohabbat kabhi maine ki to nahi thi…”
“Ab mujhe raat din, tumara he khayal hai…“-are some of his best songs which reminds me of his era and are loved till date…
A fresh feeling comes from within, when you listen the light music and lovely lyrics these songs…
The lines like “meheka meheka lagta mujhko khushiyo se dil ka nagar..” and “Mujhe pehle itni khushi to nahi thi, yu mehki hui zindagi to nahi thi, magar yeh achanak hua kya… ” truly makes you fall in Love with Love and gives a feeling that Love is in the Air…
Today when rock music is being preferred by most of the people, this kind of music gives you a break from all the stress.
I personally love these songs…
