Hotel Pullman in aerocity, New Delhi is India’s only Pullman property and one of the best 5 star hotels in Delhi airport. This is my honest experience and hotel review.

Hotel Pullman, as its in the hospitality district aka Aerocity, it is just 5 minutes drive from the New Delhi international airport (all terminals). The location is perfect for travellers or even people who have an overnight layover. There is so much to explore in the aerocity itself such as the worldmark buildings for shopping, food joints and restaurants, clubs et al.
The building of the hotel is huge and interconnected with the Novotel hotel, since they belong to the same group Accor.
Room Review
I stayed in a junior suite. It was a beautiful and spacious room. (watch the vlog for the room tour) It had a small utility kitchen with an induction stove. Living room was really beautiful with a comfortable sofa, a work desk, flat-screen satellite TV with sound system. Then there was a bedroom which is just perfect. Since I opted for a ‘room with a view’, I was allotted with the corner room that gave such a nice view of the road and the airport lights.
I feel super happy when the bathrooms are good and hence, this room won my heart. The bathroom was huge with a bathtub, good lighting and of-course the view.
Since I am huge coffee lover, I was so happy to see an Espresso Coffee Machine in my room. But this coffee machine is also for suites and executive rooms or if you are booking a normal room, you can get it on request.

Hotel features
It has all the required amenities such as gym, swimming pool, salon, lounges, restaurants, cafes, workstation, conference and banquet halls. It has 4 restaurants – HONK, Food exchange, Pling & Cafe Pluck.
Pluck is a 24 hour cafe that offers amazing coffee, comfort food and options of our desi chaat such as batashe (gol gappe) and sev-puri. There is also an option of high tea from 3pm to 7pm.
Pluck and Pling are almost connect but Pling is a lobby bar and a restaurant. There is a very interesting concept of ‘You choose, we cook’ at this restaurant where you get to pick your choice of vegetables from the stand and chef cooks the dish for you.
HONK is a fine-dine restaurant located at the lower lobby level that is famous for its Pan Asian Delicacies.
Food Exchange is another multi-cuisine restaurant that offers awesome ala carte menu. If you love eating sizzlers then you must try something from their sizzler menu.
Apart from this, a variety of Ayurvedic, Thai and Swedish spa treatments can be enjoyed at the Woo Wellness Spa & salon. The gym is also well-equipped and perfect for people who never wish to miss on their fitness regime.
The hotel shares its swimming pool, gym, spa & salon with Novotel. Both hotels are interconnected.
My Experience at the Pullman Aerocity
The staff was friendly which always helps the property win a brownie point from my side. Room service was quick. In fact, at times I was told that this particular dish will take 30-40 minutes but then it came within 20minutes which was a delightful thing.
During my stay, I also got a chance to experience the Spanish food festival at the Pling. I tried many (veg) Spanish dishes there which were really good. Apart from this, I also ate (my fixed order, that I always eat) Penne Arrabiata Pasta which was really good. Apart from this, I also ate Grilled sandwiches, Hakka Noodles, Crispy fried vegetables, Sushis and some north Indian dishes. All tasted just perfect.
They had an airport pick & drop service as well. I was picked up from the airport in a BMW car while dropped in an Innova.
Every staff member were following the covid-19 safety precautions and protocols. Wearing marks at all the public points was mandatory.
Room Tariff starts from 7800 + taxes and goes up. Also, the hotel is pet-friendly!
