I can assure you that it's completely normal to love someone who turns out to be the wrong person for you. We all make mistakes and sometimes it's hard to see the true nature of someone until we're already deeply invested in them. However, it's important to remember that loving the wrong person doesn't make you a bad person, and it's not something that you should beat yourself up about. Forgiving yourself for loving the wrong person means acknowledging that you're human and that you're allowed to make mistakes. It means letting go of any guilt or shame you may feel and accepting that you did the best you could with the information and resources you had at the time. Instead of dwelling on what went wrong or blaming yourself, focus on what you learned from the experience and how you can use that knowledge to make better choices in the future. Remember that every relationship, even the ones that don't work out, can teach us valuable lessons about ourselves and what we want and need in a partner. So be kind to yourself, let go of any negative self-talk or self-blame, and keep moving forward with the knowledge that you're growing and learning from your experiences.
