Good news for people living in Mumbai, Pune and Bangalore, especially those who are lazy like me (means, they don’t want to step out of your home) and can’t compromise with the quality and taste of the food.
I’m talking about Box8- the online food service.
Though there are so many other big food chains that offer free home delivery option to you, but Box8 is one online food delivery service that offers food for every kind of hunger.
If you follow me on instagram ( @anamikawrites ) and snapchat ( mi_anamika ), you must be knowing that last week I decided to try Box8.
So, I download the Box8 app on my phone and placed an order. My friends suggested me to try their Biryanis and all-in-1 meals, but as everyone was talking about these dishes only, I decided to try something new.
So, I ordered a classic veggie patty wrap, paneer tossed salad and an iced tea.
I surprised to see their fast service. Within 5 minutes I got a confirmation text on my phone and within 20 minutes, my order was here!
As they promise, the food was hot, fresh and yum (except the iced tea π )
I am a big fan of salads and Paneer tossed salad was as good and delicious as I was expecting it to be. You see, the pictures of food items often increases our expectations in terms of presentation and taste of the food. But here, I give 10 on 10 to Box8.
For Veggie patty wrap, I’d say it was good but it was more like a Parantha wrap. For me, the order turned out be really heavy one. I took help of my flatmate to help me finish the food.
All in all, it was really a good and homely experience. After all who doesn’t love Garam Garam khana served to you in just 20 minutes and that too tasty!
At present, they are only available in Mumbai, Pune and Bangalore. You have an option to download their app to place the order OR you can also place your orders online at Box8.in
I’d give 5 on 5 to Box8.
…and would surely try their Biryanis and All-in-1 meals the next time I place an order (if I manage to resist ordering their Paneer tossed salad again).
