This is a story of Michael Holme who is a voilinist and has long been living with the beautiful memories of the pianist he loved Julia McNicholl 10 years back, but this lady is married now. This struggling story of a musician’s love story couldn’t have been narrated more beautifully than what we get to read in this book. While reading the book, one can easily visualise the streets of London which is also a treat to read. This is indeed a must read book for music lovers!
This is a non-fiction novel on music which helps you understand how music impacts our brains and shapes our personality. The type of music we hear reveals a lot about our personality. This book will change the way you listen to music and introduce many interesting and fascinating facts about music and it’s relation to our brains.
5. The Music Shop by Rachel Joyce
This is story of Frank set in 1988 who owns a music shop. This is a love story of an unexpected and unlikely love. Not just this, but this book is also about holding on to a dream and so much more. It’s indeed a beautiful novel that deserves praises.
