hello may, hello may quotes, deal with your inner demons
Almost mid year but are things getting any better? World is fighting against the pandemic but there is an inner world which is suffering too! And today, I want to talk to that inner world in you. Most of you will deny the fact that something haunts the back of your minds. But reality is everyone is scared. Everyone is suffering, from within. Everyone has their inner demons. Because maybe, if you won’t say it… it won’t get real. Deal with your inner demons!
Hiding won’t help. Accepting will.
2020 made us witness the toughest times of our lives and 2021 is even worse I feel. World seems to be falling apart, business is low, economy is draining, relationships are breaking, people are losing lives and what not! Our inner world and the outer world, both are going through a lot.
So what can be done?
Focus on what we have! Focus on what is still left. Focus on what good can happen. Focus on how things can be made better.
If required, go put your phone aside and take a break. If that relationship is making you feel frustrated, leave it on hold and take a break from it. If you are jobless, spend time in making future plans and improvising your skills. And if you cannot find solutions, simply breath-in-breath-out and relax.
Sometimes, you need to stop searching for the solution just for the sake of your mental peace. Sometimes it’s better to leave it aside than to hold it on your arms and suffer.
Almost mid year, but with a positive mind and lots of hope in my heart, I can see a better world once all this is over.
But for now, please hold on to yourself as tight as you can and don’t let your inner world fall apart.
P.S: I wrote this post at 2:30 AM on 1st May 2020. I feel sad and depressed after seeing the news updates on the television and felt I should share these words that might help and give hope to someone who is going facing anxiety and trying to fight the inner demons.
