Punjab is the land of 5 rivers and it is popular for food and tourism. There are several places to worship in this place. So many peaceful Gurudwaras here will make you feel peaceful. While coming back from my Ladakh road trip, I also visited Gurudwara Tibba Sahib. It was indeed a peaceful one. Not just this, but you will love the architecture of monuments here as well.

Golden Temple:
This World’s famous Temple is located in Amritsar and is the holiest Sikh Gurudwara in Punjab. If you are looking for peace and tranquility, a visit to Golden Temple is a must.
Rock Garden:
This garden is located in Chandigarh and it is a perfect piece of creativity. It was inaugurated in the year 1957 and is spread over an area of 40 acres. The USP of this garden is that it is made of waste materials such as bangles, wires, kitchenware, crockery and so on.
Doraha Fort:
It is also known as RDB Fort. Wondering why? Yes, this was the same fort where the blockbuster movie Rang De Basanti was shot. This fort is near Ludhiana and is 2 hours drive from Chandigarh.
Wagah Border Ceremony:
It is the same border that separates India and Pakistan.The ceremony is witnessed by several people every year where the guards are changed. Both the countries cherish this ceremony jointly.
Qila Mubarak:
This Qila is located in Patiala and is a must visit place for those who are inclined towards history.
Harike Wetland:
It is located in the Tarn Taran Sahib district of Punjab. If you are a wildlife photographer, you must be here. You will get to see flora and fauna and other species of birds. Harike Wetland is the the largest wetland in northern India.
