Trying to lose weight? Same! In the last 2 years, I have put on so much weight. I should not be blaming anything but my routine. I am always sitting with my laptop and working. Sometimes I lay down on my bed and work for hours. I know this is bad. But now, since last 6 months I have started to improve my lifestyle again. I realised that I am not focusing on my lifestyle just focusing on work. Let me share 10 super easy smoothies and juices to lose weight. But before that, I want to tell you something about smoothies and juices. There is not much of difference between a smoothie and a juice. Juice is extract of liquid nutrients from the fruit or vegetable while smoothies is a blend of the same. Means, you make juice in a juicer but you make smoothie in a blender or a food processor. Smoothies doesn’t just have the extract of liquid nutrients but it is the liquid form of the fruit or vegetable. I am explaining this because in the list below, I will just share the name an ingredients to put and you must easily know the process to make it because all smoothies and juices have a similar process to make. Now let’s dive into the list of 10 easy smoothies and juices to lose weight

  1. Banana and raspberry smoothie – for this you need, bananas, raspberries, handful of spinach, almond or cashew nut butter, cocoa powder and milk.
  2. Super berry smoothies – for this you need mixture of frozen berries, spinach and milk
  3. Lemon and honey juice – for this you need lukewarm water, lemons and honey
  4. Mix fruit Juice – for this you just need fruits of your choice, do not add extra sweetener in this
