1. Avoid Hot Water To Wash Your Face:

A piping hot water shower might feel great on a chilly winter day, but avoid the hot water on your face since it can lead to an increase of dryness and perhaps redness. When cleansing your face, always take lukewarm to normal water as it is less harsh on the skin.

2. Get Essential Vitamins:

Eating healthy is the primary key to a healthy skin. Food high in water content helps keep your skin hydrated from the inside out. Try oranges, watermelons, and water rich veggies like carrots, cucumbers and tomatoes. Also, you can eat suitable vitamin tablets that are good for skin. Make sure you consult a dermatologist before opting in for tablets.

3. Know Your Skin Type:

Everyone has a different skin type and reacts differently to different skin related products, but no one knows your skin like you, yourself do. You just have to understand what actually goes well for your skin and what not! For instance, don’t use high glycerine products during winters just because someone else is using, use if only it suits you.

Winters can be tricky for skin. You need to take proper care of your skin during winter. Don’t just buy skin care products that you see in a TVC or just because it suits your friend. Go for products that goes well with your skin.
