All of us want to start the day on a good note. It depends on their rise from bed. An early wake up is good, a key to a stress-free morning, but many hardly follow. Some miss the alarm or press the snooze button of alarm. It is better if they complete a few things last evening before going to work the day pass off smoothly.
Here are some of the points to prepare for an early for a cheerful day.
1. Develop a regular sleeping pattern
Try to go early to bed. Practice it properly, soon it becomes a habit. To follow set up a time signal to sleep, follow it on Saturdays and Sundays. Over the period of time, the body automatically gets used to the system.
2. Write down your to-do list for tomorrow
Take the planner and note down the lists to do next day. This helps in preparing themselves mentally strong for next morning. Missing the planner makes next day harder.
3 .Set alarm, but at a distance
Want to wake up early and set a time in the alarm. Don’t place it close to the bed, keep at a certain distance, means time to wake up. Keeping it on bedside prompt to press the snooze button; choose an alarm, such as traditional sounding alarm, favorite radio station.
4. Be ready to get up early
Wake up from the bed early means the start of the day. After brewing a hot coffee, time to set out for walking, exercise, and yoga all give required energy to stay positive for the day. Doing exercise, walking, run, exercise, yoga may be taxing, but good for the body.
5 .Make the preparations overnight
Get ready all the things overnight, including the dress, accessories to wear, purse, sunglasses, laptop, etc in the bag. This saves time next morning, chance to do other things.
