The Golden Temple, Amritsar:

It is also known as Swarn Mandir as it is covered with around 400 kilograms of gold. It is a religious place of Sikhs and one must be here during the full moon night. The langar at Golden Temple is worth to be experienced.

Vaishno Devi, Jammu:

It is located on the mountain ranges and is near Katra in Jammu. You would be surprised to know that there are more than 8 million devotees who visits this place annually.  You need to stay in katra which is 14 kilometres away from the Temple.

Dargah Sharif, Ajmer:

It is the tomb of Khwaja Muin-ud-din Chishti who was a Sufi saint. He was from Persia and he dedicated his entire life for the service of the poor. It is a religious place for Muslims, but people from other religions are also welcomed and treated well.

Velankanni Church, Tamil Nadu:

It is said that during the 17th century Mother Mary along with Jesus visited this Shrine and several miracles were seen at different sites. This served as a base for constructing Basilica. The Catholic believer visits Velankanni church at least once in a lifetime.

Mahabodhi Temple, Bodh Gaya:

This Buddha temple was constructed around the original Bodhi Tree in the 7th century AD. This was the place where Lord Buddha attained enlightenment. There is an ancient  Shivalingam, which belongs to 860 AND.
