Today, I am going to talk about the disappointments.
Disappointment is something that is a day-thing for everyone. You little expectation breaks and you are disappointed, your friend cancelled a program an you feel disappointed, you did not get matching clothes, you run out of money, someone did not praise for your hardwork… and so on!
The busy life schedule with the craze for buying happiness and success through money makes one get totally engrossed in mechanical life, where happiness, laughing, smiling and joking at the life fullest has been just erased.
The best way to tackle with disappointment, which I believe can be to think positive and live life with confidence and a good thought. Being depressed and distressed for very minute things like not being able to get some preferred matching clothes, or not being able to reach the person through calls and e-mails, or not being able to predict the exact answer to a particular problem can be affecting the health and mind.
As our body responds to the way our mind thinks so it is vital that we are not over concerned or over confused always.
To deal with disappointments try to find out any alternative solutions to a problem. Talk to your near and dear ones and discuss about the problems, and you will surely feel good and relaxed and your mind will come across a positive and constructive solution.
Meditate and read books, listen to music, go for a walk to a nearby park. Stroll around in the locality roadway or lane – and you can very easily get away from the disappointments and the depression.
Think that disappointment is no answer to any problem; rather if it gets accumulated it will dampen your health and spirit and keep you away from your loved ones. No one likes to talk to a person who is disappointed or gets worried easily.
Some points to remember can tackle the disappointment easily:
• Stop having negative thoughts
• Think you can do and you will surely do
• Just be yourself and think that you can turn every stones unturned
• Speak and discuss matters which causes disappointments
• Go for counseling and meditation if required
• Eat healthy and stay fit to overcome with bold and braveness
• Pray to the almighty and ask blessings to be confident and positive
I think the above solutions will make you really carefree and boost your health and mind to evade all distress and depressing feeling. The disappointment arising can be shut only be the control and the methods you apply, no one else can help you; so be sure to be happy and smiling always and fight all disappointment with brave heart.
