1. Change in your eating habit
Eating more vegetables and fruits and drinking lots of water will cool down the body temperature and avoid excess sweat. Spicy and oily food with more chillies needs to be avoided to lower down the sweat level from the body. Junk and spicy street food must be totally avoided in the hot summer season as it tends to increase the sweat level and cause uneasiness.
2. Managing stress
When you are worried or depressed you think a lot and which increases your blood pressure which causes rise in sweat level. The tension and the negative thoughts can be managed through listening to music, walking for some time or reading stories. Yoga is another powerful method to reduce stress and decrease the level of sweat.
3. Avoid direct sun’s rays
The sun’s rays falls directly on our body which increases the heat level and causes excess sweat. 6. Decrease the caffeine consumption level
Intake of coffee or tea with caffeine content will stimulate the nervous system and will generate more sweat. Try to drink less of coffee or tea in summer months to get rid of the excess sweat. Instead, drink juice, soft drinks so that your body is cooled from inside.
