Anyways, It is time for you to do some yoga and be active and fit in health and mind. (I am skipping today’s Yoga session because I’m on a roadtrip)
Now before you start doing your yoga session in your early age or later on you must be careful and be particular not to do the common mistake which mostly takes place for beginners. As yoga is a powerful mind and health booster posture with Asanas which are related to the overall body skeletal system, nervous system, digestion system, circulatory system and respiratory system you must understand each and every posture very minutely and attentively.
You must not compare what the other person is doing during the yoga session. Try to stretch and twist or bend your body as much as you can. Never over stretch or do postures which you find difficult or creating pain. Be relaxed and concentrate on the mind to give peace and calmness to your brain rather than trying hard and struggling to do a difficult Asana.
|6 Common Mistakes Yoga Beginners Make|
Be aware of your body structure and your flexibility. Always perform yoga in empty stomach. Make the yoga session fixed to particular time schedule and stick to it. Regularize the routine of doing the yoga every day. Your yoga practice should be conducted in open air or near a open window where there is fresh air for inhalation. You should rest for some seconds after doing a particular yoga posture and then start with the next one. Never be in hurry or try to complete with tension in mind. Yoga is the art of living to give you the positive and healthy mind with strong and active body.

Yoga is the art of living, hence every beginner must understand each and every posture of yoga and learn it properly before doing it alone. You must have a trainer or a yoga guru to guide you and help you the sort out only those posture which are required for your health and mind.
