Avoid unnecessary tension
So the best way to avoid being in tension and always worrying about a particular fact is to stop caring about it. It’s time to care less. The thinking of not achieving the purpose should not be the sole aim, but to remain happy and keep your near and dear ones happy is what makes life.
Do not think what others will say or think?
Be cheerful and confident in whatever you have done. Do not get involved in thinking of what others will say. Wear your favorite shorts, play your favorite tune or eat your favorite dish without caring of what others are saying or looking at you.
Mistakes are not to be thought or cared for long
To err is human- so if any way you have taken any wrong steps in life, do not make it a part of your life always. Learn from it and march forward with positive feeling so that you don’t repeat it again.
Forgive and forget
The best way one can be satisfied and be happy in own life is to be positive and forget any past deeds which were not fruitful or had bad endings. Forgiving others for their mistakes is another way of positive approaching and stop caring to be happy.

When anything is not working out after repeated trial, just stop caring and give it the time and space to get solved.
