Summers have arrived and it is time to go for a vacation and enjoy with friends and family. As you all know, last week on I came back from Mumbai. So I thought of sharing some good stories and experiences from Mumbai.
Mumbai is one of the most favorite and hot spot for tourist because of its beaches and bollywood. To visit all the beaches in Mumbai is kinda impossible task but if you have just one day, then you will have to hire a private car. There are numerous beaches in Mumbai for which it is famous and is known all over the country.

You can start your tour early morning from the beaches that are away from Mumbai city.
Kashid is a beautiful beach which is approximately 160 km from Mumbai and lies on the Alibaug-Murud Road. The beach is 3-kilometre stretch of white sand is a popular getaway. While a lot of the property in this area is privately owned the local cottages are a better option than the hotels for a taste of authentic Konkan food and lifestyle.
Bordi beach are stretched about 180 km from Mumbai (3.5 hours by road). Renting an old Parsi bungalow by the beach is a great option, if you’ve grown past the stage of picnic mats and hampers. Aside from the traditional Parsi cuisine, it’s the coarse black sand and chickoos that this region is known for.
After visiting these beaches, you can head back to Mumbai and visit Gorai beach. For this take a route from Bhayender. Its on the way to Essel world too! After that, you can visit Aksa Beach, Juhu Beach and Versova Beach. From Versova beach, you can head to Madh Island where you can enjoy the beautiful sunset and food.
All in all, If you really want to cover all beaches of Mumbai in one day, then be ready for a hectic schedule. Though, every beach in Mumbai has good food spots, restaurants, resorts and market to take a break from hectic travelling.
