I never get bored of visiting Delhi. It’s one such place where you can enjoy with your family as well as friends. I am visiting to Delhi every three or four months and I totally love it.
My recent visit was three months back and now I am again planning a visit to Delhi as Delhi World Book Fair is around the corner.

The famous places like the red fort, Qutub minar, Lotus temple, Akshardham temple can make you time with your family and roaming around. The market at the red fort entrance is awesome and you can even have a look of the unique crafts and sculptures in the design and decorative items.
The Humayun’s tomb, Jama Masjid are some of the famous monuments. The Kalkaji temple, the Iskon Temple and the Birla Temple are some of the tourist attraction of Delhi.

Besides enjoying the site seeing experience, Delhi can quench your thirst and fill your stomach with any varieties of food you want from any part of the country. CP, Carol bagh, Laxmi Nagar, Rajourie garden, Sarojini Market, Chandni Chowk are some of the shopping places where exclusive designer dresses from all renowned brands are present.
The famous India gate where the parade of the military, armies, navies and border security forces start in the Republic Day is another site to enjoy. The vast area stretched for visitors to sit, stroll and enjoy the sun rays in the cold winter day is awesome. Your family will love to spend here for a while.
Transportation in Delhi is very easy and cheap. The metro train available will connect you to any places you want to visit. The autos, bus services and radio taxis can also be hired on call.
Raj Ghat which is famous for burying all the famous people who died serving the country is another place to see.
The Jantar Mantar where the sun, moon, planets and stars and there astronomical implications are shown and left for viewers to observe in a very different pattern.

I also love spending time in Hauz Khas Village, which is a perfect hangout place with friends. Also, you will love shopping fashion accessories from street of CP and SN market. And yes, World of Wonders & Delhi Eye is a must visit, if you love being to amusement parks!
Delhi is just a perfect city for a short (and sometimes long) escape.
