Eat homemade and hot cooked fresh food and avoid eating street food during this season. As stomach infections and viral infections are more prevalent during this season and your body can be affected if your immune system is dis balanced due to poisonous food.
Use sunscreen before moving outside to keep yourself safe from the harmful effect of the ultraviolet rays. Boost your energy by drinking some hot coffee or healthy drinks like hot chocolate or soups of corn, tomato, or chicken.
Go for facial and massage to give you the supple ad glow of your skin and also it helps in keeping your skin nourished and more fresh looking for many days.
