Follow these simple running tips in order to stay fit during summer:
-Get up early morning to go for running. If not early morning, then try going later in the evening.
-Select your running path that has trees!! This will keep you fresh and cool. Running in the park is a better option.
-Wear light-colored & sweat-absorbent clothes. .
-Start your summer running routine with short runs. You can increase your pace gradually as your body gets habitual to the changed weather.
-Proper diet is very important. Drink lots of water and eat right kind of food, this will keep you fit and fabulous.
