So, my South Tour had 2 days stay in Kodaikanal and I must tell you, these 2 days in Kodaikanal were super-awesome. As you all know, I love mountains and hill stations, so it was but obvious that I liked it. But let me tell you frankly, before reaching this place… I wasn’t hoping that it would be such a nice place. And my stay at United 21 Resort made this experience even more beautiful. 

But there so many things to see and do in Kodaikanal that you’ll feel like staying here for at least 3 to 4 days, only condition is the climate should be pleasant. 

Holidaying in Kodaikanal is a real benefiting from the money you spend. The views and the sceneries is so pictographic that you won’t believe that these places exists in the real world.

Staying in the United 21 Resort was the right decision to break free from all the tensions and routine life. The valley view is breathtaking along with the floating clouds over the snow filled mountains is awesome to experience. 

There are wide varieties of various colored and multiple sized petal flowers blooming all over making the fairy-tale-like surrounding with designs and colors spread all around. If you are lucky and visit the place during the month of May to August you can experience the sunshine and rainbow on the same time during the day.

The pine forest is also another very famous attraction to feel your nerve and senses with fragrance of the pine forest and the calmness of the place prevailing. The sunshine falling on the pine forests is creating patterns and designs in the ground with its penetrating rays in the ground which is changing with the casting shadows of the leaves as it swings.

Savoring the delicious mushrooms can make you crave for more, and this is one of the magical dish of kodaikanal.

Visiting the Berijamlake is another sure sought trip to spend your day and enjoy travelling long in the midst of the forests.

Kodaikanal is famous for the encalyptus oil and the chocolates. The eucalyptus oil is very useful for treating and healing pains and rejuvenating your nervous system by its massage. Strolling around the churches, English houses, markets and Koaker’s Park was really relaxing and funfilled.
